Boston

The picture above is of Boston (pronounced Bahston). I lived there for 3 years and it is definitely one of my favorite places to be in the summer. The view above is from the Charles River. I actually lived on the other side of the river in Cambridge near MIT. There is no need for a car as they have trains that go anywhere you want and parking is expensive. You can take the fast boat to Cape Cod for about $55, it's a hydroplane and takes about an hour and a half. Or, you can take the slow boat which takes 3 hours and costs $45 and is more of a party boat. I saw this picture and wondered why I am still here in South Florida...LOL. The Boston Marathon is next Monday, April 20th. If you catch any of it, chances are I have been up and down those same streets. If you ever get a chance to go, I recommend it. Take any of the tours, go to the Bull and Finch Pub (Cheers), Fenway Park, Boston Commons and see the historic sights. It's a very interesting city!!!!
