What to cook today

Had some chicken cutlets last night for dinner. One of my favorite things to eat and easy to make. So where do I start? This whole thing happened out of me trying to help my mother re-write all her recipes that are in notebooks that are tattered and dog-eared. I'll more than likely choose the basic recipes at first. Since it is holiday time there are probably going to be alot of cookie and sweets recipes too.

My name is Glenn Estabrook. I love to cook and would love to share my ideas with everyone. I will share a few of my favorite things to eat and how to prepare them and go from there. I am open to suggestions about what to make for dinner and how to make it easier. I am in the process of collecting and editing my recipes and hopefully you will find them easy to make if you try. The recipes are pretty straight forward, I am no chef, but have enjoyed alot of what I am going to put on this blog for years. Some will be versions of old favorites and some will be new. Nothing will be that difficult that you can't make it yourself.
